Robert is the Chief Digital Officer and a Founder Partner at Novus Consulting. He oversees digital transformation efforts and consulting delivery at Novus.  Robert focuses on transformation efforts relating to Upstream software evaluations and implementations, process improvements, and M&A integration efforts.  He has 25+ years of combined experience both in industry and consulting and has worked at the intersection of People, Process, Data, and Digital Technology across the Upstream and Midstream Energy value chain.  His industry experience ranges from Prospect to Spud, Asset Development, Operations, Production, Supply Chain as well as Gas Marketing.
