Melissa Soto holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of North Texas. She moved to Houston in 2007 to work in oil and gas. She has been in GIS Land for much of her career including Noble Energy, Hess Corporation, and Statoil. She is currently employed at Chevron.
Joseph O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He worked at a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company in Bakersfield, California from 2001 to 2012 before his current employment at Chevron as a Land Spatial Analyst.

Taylor Richards is the Director of Land Administration at Civitas Resources overseeing both the DJ and Permian division order and lease teams. With over a decade in Land Admin, Taylor is an accomplished speaker and brings a passion for sharing knowledge to audiences. Taylor also serves as the Board President of the Shane Thurston Foundation which was created to provide a place for families to have a resource to assist with tutoring hours, art and/or music program tuition, or art and/or music supplies.
