    In this webinar, Lance Walker will examine recent legal shifts in Oklahoma Indian law that affect the energy industry. It will give an update on newly approved title standards for Oklahoma Indian land titles and clarify significant court rulings and legislative changes. These developments influence title management and oil/gas operations across the state’s Indian Country.

    Lance Walker is an Oklahoma City-based oil and gas attorney primarily focused on title examination, with a practice spanning Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and North Dakota. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma and began his career at a law firm in Midland, Texas, where he drafted title opinions covering the Permian Basin in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, earned with high honors, from the University of Florida. Lance is currently a Senior Associate at Ray, Feighny & Hartle, PLLC.
